Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of JustFun. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to follow these Terms, the Community Guidelines and applicable law.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, publish a profile, purchase tokens, livestream or contact another member. Accounts involving minors are prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Consent and lawful use
Coercion, trafficking, exploitation, impersonation, threats, blackmail, non-consensual content and unlawful activity are prohibited. Consent must be voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.
Profiles, verification and moderation
You must provide accurate account information and only upload media you are entitled to use. JustFun may review, restrict, hide, suspend or remove accounts and content to protect users, enforce platform rules or comply with legal obligations.
Payments and JF Tokens
JF Tokens are digital platform credits for eligible JustFun features. Client tokens are not cash, are not withdrawable and cannot be redeemed outside the platform. Creator payouts are subject to verification, account status and the payout rules shown in the app.
Independent users
Users are independent and responsible for their own communications, decisions, meetings and compliance with applicable law. JustFun does not guarantee the identity, conduct, availability or suitability of any user.
Safety and account action
JustFun may investigate reports, preserve relevant records, restrict access or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, rule enforcement or legal compliance.
